VENDOR APPLICATION

     The OCSFCCA will be hosting its 11^th annual Family Childcare Conference on October 17-18 in Dayton, Ohio.  The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Fairborn.  We are now accepting applications for vendors.

     Make your reservations early!  Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Signed application forms and payment in full must be received no later than August 31st to ensure your spot.  We reserve the right to limit the number of spaces per vendor.  All vendors are required to donate a door prize for conference giveaways. Each vendor will receive one complimentary lunch ticket for lunch on Saturday Oct. 18.  Additional tickets are $10.

An exact count of providers attending the conference will be known after October 5^th.  Attendance at past conferences has ranged from 100-250 providers.

All vendors will be provided an 8’ table and two chairs.  Electrical outlets are an additional fee and must be requested.

Vendors may set up Friday from 1:00-9:00 and Saturday 7:00-4:30.  All spaces must be completely vacated and cleaned up by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18.
